5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details provided by you.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns within 2 days of delivery for eligible products, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Certain categories of products may be non-returnable or non-refundable due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons; such exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

  • Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
